ReferralLoop stores the details you give us when you create an account — your business name, your name, your phone number and your email address — so we can run your referral page and let you know when referrals come in.
When one of your customers fills in your referral page, we store the names and phone numbers they enter, the job they've described and any notes they add. Those details are only visible to you and are used to help you follow up the job and pay the reward.
We don't sell your details or your customers' details to anyone. We share information only with the services that keep ReferralLoop running — our hosting and database provider, our email sender, and our card payment provider.
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and everything in it at any time by emailing support@referralloop.co.uk.
